- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I made a complaint about this person not carrying out NHS work . From the start Mrs butler was condescending and rough and clearly not doing the work she should . I made a complaint , when I returned for my follow up appointment she had cancelled it and refused to continue , with a partial root canal ! I believe she drilled far to much of my tooth ! I nearly took legal action but referred my complaint to the General dental council ! I would not go near this unpleasant wicked person !by emmajones4412September 18, 2017
